• Ensuring our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results • Delivering world-class coaching sessions • Group coaching with business owners • Facilitating online training sessions • Monitoring client results and engagement • Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups • Improving our coaching systems • Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow • Developing coaching resources to drive client success • Optimising coaching processes to get faster results • Helping clients grow profit, take control of their time, and build better businesses for themselves and their families
Job Requirements
- Have spent years coaching, leading, or developing people - not just managing tasks
- Have been accountable for outcomes in a high-performance environment
- Be competitive, but team-focused - you want others to win as well
- Be direct, authentic, and not interested in corporate polish
- Actively seek feedback and use it to improve
- Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals - profit margins, cash flow, team management, and marketing strategies
- Be a self-directed learner - always reading, listening to podcasts, or seeking new ways to grow
- Bring energy, humour, and accountability to everything you do
- Have experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business is valuable, but not essential
