• Engaging daily with clients and teammates to build and sustain positive relationships • Monitoring device readings and managing inbound calls • Assessing patient alerts and determining response requirements • Entering patient information into appropriate systems • Explaining products or services and answering client questions • Assisting with enrollment of new clients and supporting existing clients • Troubleshooting devices and reporting malfunctions • Participating in other projects or duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience
- LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An energetic pace along with a positive attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
