• Responsible for individual phases of an M&A process • Preparing investment teasers and information memoranda • Developing tailored, actionable M&A strategies with investors and companies • Modeling business plans, conducting company valuations and integrating financial models • Preparing decision documents and presenting them internally and to clients • Supporting business development through studies and pitch preparation

• Define the mathematical profile of the game, including the game’s balance, volatility, and player experience • Create and maintain the game’s PAR sheets and other math documentation, using both Excel and simulations • Work closely with the Game Designer, prototyping team, and engineering team to ensure the math is implemented accurately and follows the overall game design • Playtest and iterate on your game’s math and mechanics with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible • Collaborate with other mathematicians to provide gameplay feedback and recommendations for improvement on each other’s games • Regularly play competitors’ games in the iGaming and land-based spaces to stay abreast of industry trends and new mechanics

• Work closely with your team to learn our processes and be able to provide accurate information and customer service to the workers that come onto our platform. • Monitor the turnaround times of all background checks initiated on our platform to ensure we are meeting industry standards. • Be on top of the ticketing system, to ensure we are providing timely responses and follow ups. • Work with internal teams to assist with resolving discrepancies or to address any adverse action claims. • Be extremely detail oriented and observant of any errors or information that looks inaccurate. • Ad-hoc projects to be determined by your Manager.
