• Work closely with your team to learn our processes and be able to provide accurate information and customer service to the workers that come onto our platform. • Monitor the turnaround times of all background checks initiated on our platform to ensure we are meeting industry standards. • Be on top of the ticketing system, to ensure we are providing timely responses and follow ups. • Work with internal teams to assist with resolving discrepancies or to address any adverse action claims. • Be extremely detail oriented and observant of any errors or information that looks inaccurate. • Ad-hoc projects to be determined by your Manager.

• Run networking events • Get trained and then run resume & negotiation workshops • Run, manage, and post from an official Riva social media accounts specific to your school

• Manage the founders calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the founders time is used efficiently • Support ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend solutions to improve operations • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities • Support sales and marketing efforts, including creating materials and managing outreach • Help identify and build relationships with potential partners and clients • Handle ad hoc tasks and initiatives that arise in the fast-moving startup environment • Assist with recruiting efforts, onboarding new team members, and managing HR tasks • Help maintain company documentation and records

• Take ownership of our team's OKRs & KPIs, and deliver in advance of deadlines with Agile Methodology using Asana, Slack, and GSuite • Improve our products, satisfaction scores, NPS, & our north star metric (# of products per user) • Formulate strategic and operational objectives • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability • Manage budgets and forecasts • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs • Embody our team-wide core values of autonomy, growth-mindedness, individual and group empowerment, selflessness, fearlessness, and perseverance
