• Interpret and enter clinical information for daily incoming cases across any specialty • Clinical information may be obtained from test requisition forms, attached medical records and pedigrees, or communications with ordering clinicians • Maintain clinical data records as updated information is provided to Ambry • Follow-up with ordering clinicians as needed or as directed by supervisor for clarification of detail in records and requisition of additional records • Other duties as assigned
