• Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over Zoom four times a week • Classes are held Mon - Thurs, during afternoon hours in EST timezone • Communicate regularly with students over email and other community tools • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for future modules, as needed • Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful’s standardized curriculum • Support students in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains • Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation • Provide timely feedback and targeted remediation to students who are struggling academically or with confidence • Document student progress, attendance, and performance in Stepful systems • Collaborate with Stepful’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs • Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery

• Teach and facilitate in class instruction Monday-Friday, approximately 8 hours per day, for the 10-14 week duration of the program. • Instructors will need to commit a few hours per week preparing lessons and materials, leveraging existing GA curriculum content. • Work closely with co-instructors or teaching assistants to provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress. • Work alongside GA staff and teaching team to best meet the needs and learning styles of your students. • Guide students through development of a stellar final project that will showcase their abilities to hiring managers. • Facilitate a dynamic, collaborative, and positive classroom community. • Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning a new skill set.

• Lead sessions focused on GenAI for Correlation One’s clients • Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide feedback on curriculum, materials, and resources. • Provide guidance and support to workshop/program participants, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. • Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI, contributing insights and expertise to internal discussions, projects, and initiatives.

• Deliver live online training sessions covering Excel and SQL concepts. • Conduct hands-on exercises and guide learners through project work. • Provide hands-on support for assignments, labs, and activities. • Mentor learners and resolve technical or conceptual queries. • Evaluate assignments, assessments, or mock sessions when required. • Ensure timely completion of curriculum and learning milestones. • Maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum updates, learner feedback, and delivery planning.
