Catalyst Pilot Coach
YouthBuild Global
• Provide results-driven, high quality technical assistance and coaching for YouthBuild programs piloting career pathways in Energy Infrastructure and Manufacturing. • Implement the YouthBuild Technical Assistance & Coaching framework. • Establish regular communication with 20-25 YouthBuild programs to cultivate a collegial relationship. • Conduct virtual and in-person site visits to assess and support program implementation. • Ensure programs in portfolio are in good standing with the affiliated Network. • Collaborate with staff at YouthBuild affiliates to engage with national and local employer partners.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher and a minimum of three years' experience working in a YouthBuild program or similar education/workforce development training program with similar elements. Experience as a program manager or director preferred.
- 3+ years' experience managing complex projects and overseeing program implementation.
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and interpretation in program level evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a diverse community.
- Strong writing, communications, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to cultural humility and comfort working with a wide range of populations and individuals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
