• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a strong focus on the student learning experience; • Properly use institutional teaching materials and encourage the use of the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning; • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the course syllabus and the pedagogical objectives of the discipline; • Provide pedagogical facilitation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes; • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination; • Record attendance, content taught, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within defined deadlines; • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional activities as required; • Ensure academic quality, professional ethics and maintain positive relationships with students, course coordination and institutional staff; • Use the institution's digital tools efficiently, particularly Microsoft Teams and the academic systems.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Specialization (postgraduate specialization);
- Mandatory bachelor's degree/specialization in health-related undergraduate programs;
- Knowledge and/or experience in fundamentals of cell biology and genetics and related topics;
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility;
- Up-to-date mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge related to the subject;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease using educational digital tools;
- Availability to work in the evening shift, according to the contracted workload;
- Suitable remote work setup (stable internet, computer and an appropriate environment for online classes);
- An up-to-date Lattes CV is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria;
- Previous experience with hybrid teaching or distance education (EAD);
- Stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master's or doctorate);
- Knowledge of active methodologies and collaborative learning;
