• Deliver prompt, high-tier solutions to users via telephone, email correspondence, and real-time text chat platforms. • Manage complex, sensitive inquiries regarding user profile security, transaction infrastructure, and intricate billing histories. • Guide users through the nuances of our global payment gateway and mobile applications with clear, authoritative instructions. • Oversee sensitive financial cases—such as payment reversals, invoicing discrepancies, and fraud mitigation—with absolute discretion and precision. • Maintain meticulous logs of all customer interactions and route critical financial files to the appropriate specialized internal departments. • Stay continuously informed on system enhancements and shifting international banking protocols through regular team syncs.

Job Requirements

  • Native or near-native mastery of the Dutch language (C1 level minimum)
  • Professional business English proficiency (B2 level)
  • Current residency in Portugal (or a firm commitment to relocate independently)
  • Valid legal authorization to work within the European Union
  • Exceptional organizational skills and personal accountability required to thrive in a self-directed, virtual workspace
  • A highly logical mindset with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
