Role Description - Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Organisation unserer Bauvorhaben im Tief- und Kanalbau – von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme. - Du führst dein Baustellenteam fachlich, koordinierst den Einsatz von Personal sowie Geräten und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort sicher. - Du verantwortest das Baustellencontrolling, überwachst mit MS Office die Einhaltung von Terminen sowie Budgets und kümmerst dich um die Abrechnung der Projekte. - Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du in engem Austausch mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation. Qualifications - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau. - Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Tief- und Kanalbau sammeln, zum Beispiel durch Praktika. - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft für branchenspezifische Software. - Dich zeichnen eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus, um Projekte voranzutreiben. - Du kommunizierst klar und sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), sowohl im Büro als auch auf der Baustelle. The candidate must have a strong educational background in design of steel structures, concrete structures, geotechnical engineering, and foundations. Experience reviewing substation structure design, rigid bus design, foundation design, oil spill containment design, retaining walls, masonry control shelters, and firewalls is required. This position will consist of performing design reviews of the aforementioned civil/structural design components in support of the development of bid/construction packages for substation projects. Candidate will primarily function as a senior engineer leading projects, performing design reviews, as well as developing junior staff members. Site-visits to client substation facilities are expected to be part of the work, along with occasional travel for client meetings and industry-related events. Candidate must comply with quality control and safe work practices and maintain compliance with project scope, schedule and budget expectations.
