• Contribuir com a elaboração de pareceres às consultas jurídica internas, por meio de pesquisa de legislação e jurisprudência, interpretando e orientando. • Contribuir para que as operações da empresa estejam sendo realizadas dentro da legislação tributária vigente por meio de acompanhamento, análise, interpretação da legislação, comunicações às áreas envolvidas. • Manter as unidades de negócio sempre informadas e de acordo com a legislação em vigor por meio de acompanhamento das alterações na legislação, elaboração de Comunicações Internas, submetendo-as à gestão para que sejam repassadas aos interessados. • Interface com Escritórios terceiros e consultorias externas. • Manutenção de processos; tendo o conhecimento no Sistema ESPAIDER, um diferencial. • Monitorar o andamento e os desdobramentos dos processos judiciais, registrando os resultados e mantendo as partes interessadas informadas.
