• Prospección activa de clientes: identificar y contactar prospectos potenciales a través de diferentes canales (redes sociales, cambaceo, círculo social, referidos, etc.) • Detección de necesidades: Realizar entrevistas de diagnóstico para ofrecer soluciones financieras a la medida (vida, gastos médicos, ahorro, retiro.) • Cierre de ventas: Presentar propuestas comerciales atractivas y concretar la venta. • Seguimiento y fidelización: Mantener una relación cercana con la cartera de clientes para garantizar la retención y obtener referidos.

Job Requirements

  • Mayor de 18 años
  • Estudios a nivel superior concluidos.
  • Experiencia: minima de 1 a 2 años en ventas (deseable en el sector financiero, automotriz, inmobiliario o intangibles), prospección de clientes.
  • Habilidades clave: Facilidad de palabra, alta capacidad de negociación, resilencia y excelente actitud de servicio.
  • Disciplina y autogestión: Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos y administrar tu propio tiempo.
