Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business - 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting, including leadership of large teams - Experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, and U.S. Statutory accounting - Ability to guide organizations through change and build consensus among senior leaders - Proficient in general business software - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred Qualifications - Big Four public accounting experience valued - Experience with Oracle financial systems Working Conditions - This candidate is expected to work a Hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays-Thursdays) in one of our offices - Occasional Travel <10% - Occasional travel for business meetings and leadership engagements The Salary for this position generally ranges between $250,000 - $335,000 annually.
