Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement

Role Description The Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement provides central management of the Microsoft M365 Copilot environment and leads enterprise AI enablement by establishing governance, standards, and lifecycle management for secure, scalable AI solutions. This role partners across departments to identify and prioritize high-value Copilot agents and workflow opportunities, then designs, deploys, and continuously enhances reusable enterprise solutions. The position also collaborates with Technology, Security, Privacy, and Data Governance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, and data quality while supporting user adoption through training, guidance, and performance measurement. This role has enterprise-wide impact by influencing how AI and Copilot capabilities are governed, deployed, adopted, and improved across departments. It operates as a central platform owner, enterprise enablement lead, and solution builder. Decisions made in this position affect productivity, solution quality, data usage practices, compliance, and the consistency of AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities - Own and evolve the enterprise Microsoft M365 Copilot platform to drive measurable productivity, quality, and mission impact across the organization. - Partner across departments to identify and prioritize shared AI agent and workflow opportunities and translate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions. - Design, develop, deploy, and provision Copilot agents and related workflows using approved enterprise AI tools. - Define and track enterprise AI KPIs. Build dashboards on AI usage, value, and risk. - Provide training, consultation, user support, and best-practice guidance for responsible AI usage and Copilot adoption. - Apply analytics, generative AI, and data science methods to assess use cases, evaluate performance, measure impact, and guide continuous improvement. - Establish and maintain standards, documentation, and governance processes for security, compliance, access, and lifecycle management. - Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and enterprise automation trends. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, business intelligence, or a related field required. - Degree in data science preferred. - Equivalent combinations of education and directly related experience may be considered. - Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) from OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable platforms, including practical application in enterprise use cases; demonstrated ability to stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and model landscape. - 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, generative AI, data science, or related business intelligence functions. - Some people management or team leadership experience appropriate for a Senior Manager-level role required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Advanced knowledge of analytics, generative AI, data science concepts, and enterprise AI solution delivery. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft M365 Copilot Enterprise, Copilot Development Studio, Azure AI Studio, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. - Strong understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, including prompt design, grounding techniques (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation / RAG), model selection trade-offs, and applying different model types to appropriate enterprise use cases. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows, and manage governance and deployment. - Strong communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. - Tableau experience preferred. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
