Role Description The Symicor Group (Bank Recruiting Firm) has an opening for a seasoned WordPress Developer. The ideal candidate will have experience designing responsive, user-friendly sites that align with each client’s goals and brand identity. This position comes with a generous hourly rate of up to $25/hr and full benefits package. (This is a remote/1099/Contract position). - Develop, customize, and maintain websites exclusively using WordPress and Elementor - Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly UI components and layouts - Perform thorough QA testing and debugging to ensure the quality, responsiveness, and functionality of all websites - Ensure all sites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices - Set up new websites on a development server and once approved, migrate to the client’s hosting environment - Configure DNS records and manage related domain setup tasks - Install and configure Google Site Kit for analytics and performance tracking - Prefer experience creating and optimizing landing pages, particularly in Leadpages - Collaborate closely with our project management teams to deliver on time and on brand Qualifications - At least 3 years of proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites - Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and SEO best practices - Experience setting up Google Site Kit, Yoast SEO, and analytics tracking codes - Experience creating high-converting landing pages, preferably using Leadpages - Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work - Must prioritize discretion, security, and confidentiality when handling client data - Based in the United States - Resourceful and solutions-oriented - Committed to continuous learning and development - Comfortable with a flexible work/life integration approach - Able to handle confidential information with discretion - This is a fully remote position, so a stable and reliable internet connection and computer are necessary Application Process The next step is yours.
