Part-Time Donor Scheduler

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers

• Inspire donors to schedule life-saving appointments and donate blood • Guide donors through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns with care • Promote exciting local blood drives and special events to encourage donations • Help us crush collection goals and ensure our community has the blood it needs

Job Requirements

  • You MUST be local to our headquarters division in Gainesville, FL
  • Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
  • Access to a personal computer with reliable internet, a high-quality headset, and a webcam for virtual meetings
  • Remain accessible via email, Slack, and phone during scheduled work hours
  • Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of donor information
  • Maintain consistent and reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings or training
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential in this remote role
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly voice that motivates others
  • A love for connecting with people and motivating them to make a difference
  • Comfort using phones and computers (we’ll provide training!)
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as needed
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)

Role Description The Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of treasury and cash management for the global organization. This position will be charged with developing and managing banking relationships. In addition, the individual in this role will identify and implement treasury products and services that ensure smooth cash operations. - Manage banking relationships which include monitoring the quality and effectiveness of all financial services used, and ensuring these services are optimized for smooth operation - Ensure and maintain an efficient system of policies and processes that adequately control treasury activities - Manage cash across the enterprise - Collaborate with the legal and tax departments to ensure global funding of operations is in accordance with all policies - Ensure sufficient funds are available across the global enterprise - Drive the cash flow forecasting process - Work alongside the controllership and FP&A teams to ensure all relevant data aligned to provide a comprehensive view of current and future cash - Manage corporate credit card operations - Manage foreign currency, including hedges, optimizing pricing and minimizing foreign exchange rate exposures - Prepare financial reports - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Master’s degree in Accounting - Minimum of 6 years treasury experience required, including foreign currency management - Working knowledge of internal controls over treasury options - Experience using NetSuite or equivalent ERP a plus - Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) - Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) - Strong verbal and written communications - Excellent time management and organization skills - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Requirements - The base pay for this position is up to $250,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above. - Application deadline: 7/26/2026.
