• Lead position in analyzing clinical, business and/or technical processes and problems and formulating and developing recommendations for new and modified systems that meet client and/or internal project requirements. • Provides more advanced technical expertise than that of an Application Analyst in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. • Gathers and works with departments to prioritize development initiatives and activities. • Provides analysis of workflow, recommends solutions, and implements application solutions to meet departmental needs. • Translates departmental requests into business functional requirements. • Performs financial analysis/business plan/impact assessment. • Supports internal customers in such functional areas including, but not limited to, nursing, ancillary departments, Physician practice, patient accounting, medical records, finance, human resources, purchasing, sales, and contracts. • Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the work of others. • Manages system upgrades and large projects. • Responsible for oversight of assigned Epic modules, workflows and system configuration. • Mentors Associate and Mid-level I/S Analysts in their roles and supervises work efforts as directed.

• Analyze existing Materials and Purchasing processes (SAP MM) in the ECC environment • Support assessment of functional impacts during the transition/retrofit to SAP S/4HANA • Gather requirements from business areas • Map gaps between the current environment (ECC) and the future model (S/4HANA) • Prepare functional documentation (specifications, process flows, impact analyses) • Support functional testing (unit and integrated) related to retrofit adaptations • Act as a bridge between business areas, technical consultants and other project streams • Contribute functional analyses without direct responsibility for technical fixes or developments

• Manage technology incidents, including identification, assessment, prioritization, escalation, and resolution • Identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of technology systems and services • Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize the likelihood of incidents and mitigate their impact • Communicate incident status updates to relevant stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management • Coordinate the incident response process, including conducting root cause analysis, identifying remediation actions, and implementing changes to prevent similar incidents • Continuously review incident management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly • Maintain documentation of incidents, including incident reports, post-incident reviews, and remediation actions • Develop and deliver incident management training to IT teams and other stakeholders

• Ability to successfully complete and support the work outlined for the Trust Associate 1 and 2 roles • Reads and comprehends retirement plan provisions from plan documents, summaries of plan provisions, and related plan materials • Supports the Plan Consultants in resolving operational and compliance trust issues related to qualified plans • Tracks and monitors job progress to ensure that all necessary data is requested and received in order to meet trust deadlines • Prepares trust accounting reports for Clients • Supports and completes assigned quality assurance reviews • Review non qualifying assets • Able to assist consultants with follow up letters on missing trust information and/or addressing and resolving trust issues • Ability to successfully integrate information from alliance partners into pension software • Knowledge of participant loans, partnership valuations, employer stock investments, and reporting of insurance policies
