Location: Fort Mill Office - DTNA Job Description: Inside the Role The On-Highway Training Analyst sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and education—helping bring our products to life through impactful training. As part of the On-Highway Marketing & Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring both internal teams and our dealer network are confident, informed, and ready to sell. Your focus? Creating engaging training content, driving consistent communication (especially through webinars), and supporting all training efforts tied to On-Highway products—currently focused on the Freightliner Cascadia and eCascadia. You won’t be doing this alone—you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Field Sales, and fellow Training Managers to deliver top-tier learning experiences across the network. Think of this role as part storyteller, part organizer, part trainer—with a little event coordination mixed in. What you Drive at DNTA - Assist in development and execution of strategies to effectively train key stakeholders – dealer sales teams, DTNA sales teams – on features and benefits of On-Highway products - Lead cross-functional webinar alignment meetings and schedule - Generate story boards, scripts and other assets for online training modules with subject matter experts and in collaboration with internal and external agencies - Occasionally serve as webinar host for dealer network - Build online training modules with internal software and upload on the Learning Management System (LMS) - Support the capture, development, and editing of video content for training purposes - Collaborate with On-Highway product marketing and segment strategy teams to determine product and segment training needs/timing, appropriate training content, messaging and distribution channels - Co-Facilitate DTNA sales and dealer training ride & drive events to drive hands-on product engagement; collaborate with product marketing to determine event agenda and determine appropriate products to highlight at events - Collaborate with Training Development team and other internal subject matter experts to drive continuous improvement of training aids as well as supporting any content audits - Participate in collaborative activities mutually supporting the Vocational and On Highway Training teams - Maintain working knowledge of DTNA On-Highway products and be highly proficient with DTNA services and resources Knowledge You Should Bring - Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of equivalent professional experience - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization - Experience leading projects or processes with measurable outcomes - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences - Ability to synthesize technical product information into clear, compelling narratives - Comfort operating in cross-functional environments with product, strategy, marketing, and sales teams - Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines - Up to 10-15% travel Exceptional Candidates Might Have - Understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, customer needs, and competitive landscape - Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content authoring tools (Articulate) - Proven track record of solving complex problems and aligning diverse stakeholder groups - Experience (or strong interest) in video production and editing, including the creation of high-quality training and storytelling content Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Fort Mill, SC US. Role Description The Land Acquisition Analyst assists with identifying new land acquisition opportunities that align with the Division's land strategy and business plan goals. Conduct research, provide analysis and manage land data to maximize the profit of existing and proposed land assets. - Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects. - Extract and analyze data from various sources, including the MLS, company databases, Metrostudy, Land Vision, Zonda, and other external websites. - Assist the Land Acquisition Team in preparing market study data. - Review and analyze due diligence information for potential land assets. - Assist in developing proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments. - Track critical date timelines for due diligence, takedowns, closings, and changes within new and existing projects. - Assist with the preparation of lot committee presentations and supporting documentation. - Keep accurate land files, spreadsheets, and databases to track land positions. - Utilize GIS, Google Earth, and other sources to research potential land acquisition opportunities. - Communicate with various departments, divisions, and regions on land positions and critical dates. - Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
