- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyze inputs, outputs, and processes
- Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS)
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Focused experience in artificial intelligence (AI), including machine learning and natural language processing (NLP)
- Skilled in Excel, SQL, and AWS
- Experience managing systems controls and recovering failed systems
