Administrative Officer

Global Partners Digital

• Help keep Global Partners Digital running smoothly in a varied, hands-on role • Coordinate logistics for high-profile international events • Manage social media presence • Support financial administration • Work closely with the COO and support GPD's projects, including the Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) Support Unit • Play an active role in fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

Job Requirements

  • At least three years' experience in an administrative or operations support role;
  • Experience in financial administration (experience with Xero is a plus);
  • A track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder events and travel logistics;
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack;
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field; (Desirable)
  • Experience in project administration and reporting; (Desirable)
  • Willingness to travel for work and flexibility to travel internationally; (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in a second language. (Desirable)
