• Write estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards • Engage in face-to-face, virtual, or written interactions to assess damages • Finalize estimates with customers and repair shops • Conduct repairable estimates, total loss assessments, and virtual inspections • Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage • Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers and vendors • Utilize tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment • Maintain accurate documentation in the claims system

• Investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved. • Assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day. • Engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved. • Communicating with customers and attorneys through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages.
