Role Description We are seeking a Change Management Advisor to support organizational change initiatives, working independently or in collaboration with other change professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who can apply established change management frameworks to large-scale initiatives and guide stakeholders through successful adoption. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as: - Business Administration - Social Sciences - Human Resources Management - Organizational Development - Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational change management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale projects involving significant change Requirements - In-depth, practical knowledge of: - ADKAR and other change management principles, standards, and processes - Project management methodologies - Agile methodology - Strong partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills - Proficiency with corporate-standard software applications, including Office 365, and use of a personal computer Key Responsibilities - Support change initiatives as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant - Execute approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor - Exercise sound judgment and discretion to proactively identify barriers and take appropriate action to address them - Apply appropriate change management tools to support achievement of product or initiative outcomes Nice to Have - Certification in one or more of the following: - Prosci Change Management Certification Program - Experienced Practitioner Program - ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Agile training or certifications, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Company Description Symbiotic Digital provides the IT Experts you need that solve problems and get things done.
