Reservations Agent – PT
Seabrook, WA
• Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional manner. • Assist guests by booking reservations, answering questions about potential or existing reservations, and assisting with additional guest needs. • Promptly follow up with guest inquiries and leads to secure bookings. • Deliver the highest standard of service to all guests. • Assist with concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area, including restaurants, entertainment, special events, and general directions. • Provide general information to guests on company policies and procedures. • Maintain potential and current guest profile information. • Meeting all the companys provided quality assurance standards. • Selling and building great guest experiences, including making recommendations and providing upsell options. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Previous guest service experience or experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Experience handling inbound and/or outbound sales calls preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Outlook; strong keyboarding and 10-key skills required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must reside in Washington State at the time of hire and maintain Washington residency throughout employment.
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
