Real Estate Specialist
Virtual Teammate
• Managing and updating property listings on various platforms • Communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments • Preparing and organizing property agreements, contracts, and closing paperwork • Conducting market research to support property valuations and neighborhood insights • Coordinating with vendors, inspectors, and other real estate professionals • Updating CRM systems to maintain accurate client and property records • Generating reports on property performance, lead tracking, and client feedback • Supporting marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, social media posts, and property descriptions
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with real estate software (MLS, Zillow, CRM tools) and listing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents and listings
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills to gather property and market data
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Basic knowledge of real estate transaction processes and industry terminology
