Renewals Representative, German Speaking
Sophos
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of renewal opportunities • Achieve quarterly sales goals and drive the renewals sales process • Proactively engage customers and channel partners 90–120 days before expiry • Work in close alignment with field AEs on shared accounts • Drive urgency through partners to secure timely quotes and orders • Identify churn risk early and escalate with proposed solutions • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in SFDC • Deliver consistent outbound activity to protect revenue • Own and manage the end-to-end renewals process • Collaborate with the account executive and channel team • Identify cross sell opportunities • Identify natural expansion
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business
- Experience in selling through and with channel partners
- Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and any CRM tools
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident and experienced in outbound activity

• Produce clear, defensible cost estimates for the execution of remediation construction projects. • Research and engage potential contractors to obtain competitive quotes for work. • Direct material take-off analysis of design drawings and specifications to determine quantities for cost estimating. • Build bottom‑up cost estimates (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor). • Develop and document the Basis of Estimate (assumptions, exclusions, methodologies, sources, allowances, contingency, range of accuracy). • Document cost assumptions for communication with project team and execution of work. • Estimate waste characterization, handling, transportation, and disposal costs considering profile requirements, haul distances, and landfill fees. • Collaborate with project teams in development of costing strategies and plans.
