GTM, Marketing Engineer

• Architect the systems that capture, enrich, route, and attribute every lead from first pageview to closed-won • Build the AI agents and automations that scale our marketing without scaling headcount • Design end-to-end revenue infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, routing, and attribution • Own the marketing data infrastructure connecting campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact • Implement robust tracking frameworks (server-side tracking, GTM, CAPI) and build dashboards that keep data accurate and actionable • Develop high-performing landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Build and manage complex workflows and cross-platform integrations using Zapier and n8n • Build marketing agents and automations for repetitive, time-sensitive workflows: content drafting, social engagement, lead follow-up, sentiment monitoring, and campaign reporting • Architect publishing systems integrating CMS, data sources, and distribution channels, automating content from creation to distribution • Run disciplined experiments across workflows and distribution strategies,
Job Requirements
- 4-5+ years in technical marketing, marketing/growth engineering, or a similar role combining strategy and technical execution
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with experience building data pipelines, API integrations, and automation workflows
- Experience building landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Hands-on with Zapier and n8n (required)
- Deep experience with CleverTap and/or similar tools, including communication journeys and lifecycle email
- Strong command of GTM, server-side tracking, and CAPI
- Experience designing multi-touch attribution and tracking infrastructure
- Experience with AI agents, LLM-powered tooling, or similar systems
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and ad ops
- Comfort with identity resolution tools (Clearbit, 6sense) and enrichment APIs
- Systems thinker, clear communicator, and a self-starter who owns projects end-to-end, raises concerns in the moment, and thrives in ambiguity

• Drive the test strategy for your product area, owning both functional and non-functional quality outcomes. • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (Robot Framework, Python, and other languages) integrated into our CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI). • Own the integration testing layer end-to-end. From test design through execution, defect resolution, and coverage improvement. • Test REST APIs thoroughly: contract validation, error paths, authentication and authorisation boundaries, schema compliance, and performance edge cases. • Monitor and analyse automated test results, ensuring timely feedback to development teams and minimising false positives. • Own defect reporting and management, tracking issues through to resolution and verifying fixes. • Act as the quality point of contact for your area, managing test risk and maintaining recovery plans for release-critical scenarios. • Lead root cause analysis on defect escapes and drive changes to prevent recurrence. • Identify opportunities to remove waste, improve shift-left practices, and continuously evolve tools and testing approaches. • Coach developers and junior QE engineers in testing techniques and quality mindset. • Participate in hiring and onboarding to build a strong QA community at Enfuce. • Represent Enfuce QA to internal stakeholders and customers when needed.
