• Be the dedicated technical contact for assigned enterprise accounts. • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and RCD teams to resolve and manage critical incidents. • Continuously monitor system performance and health, providing recommendations to mitigate risks. • Guide customers on platform best practices and new feature enablement. • Participate in QBRs and strategic reviews and influence roadmap decisions through customer insights.

• Make visits to local providers/clinics to upgrade quality of care for members • Perform chart audits • Connect with quality improvement staff, establishing and maintaining professional working relationships • Evaluate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Pack and ship kits to the participants of our events based on daily orders. • Follow all company guidelines regarding packing. • Monitor and ensure product quality. • Unpack deliveries, stock shelves, and perform inventory stocktakes. • Perform other duties as assigned.
