Senior Field Supervisor

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Field Operations Supervisors anchored to major US regions • Own weekly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews, growth plans, and career development for each direct report • Manage hourly field technicians schedules and timesheets • Hire new Field Operations Supervisors as the team scales regionally and internationally • Coordinate and run trainings for new cohorts of technicians and refresh training for the existing team • Build the bench — identify high-performing technicians as future supervisor candidates • Own day-to-day performance of the field supervisor team across all active customer deployments • Manage capacity plans for the team to ensure we have appropriate staffing for customer demand • Coordinate cross-region planning for new customer expansions and peak install cycles • Drive consistent supervisor practice across customers and regions, even where customer-specific requirements differ • Visit deployments alongside supervisors during peak windows and during key phases (like week 1 of a big expansion) • Serve as the primary escalation point for the supervisor team — safety, delays, contractor issues, customer-facing field decisions • Own the playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the scale of the field operations team • Author and maintain the supervisor onboarding program in partnership with HR/L&D • Convert field learnings and incident findings into updated SOPs and training • Revise contractor training and safety training in partnership with EH&S • Own the team's interface with Gridware contracted line crews • Partner with the Senior Manager on vendor performance management, contract terms, and net-new contractor exploration • Provide structured feedback from the field team into product design, install tooling, and field app development • Partner with Finance & Sr. Manager of Field Operations on unit cost tracking by region, customer, and crew, and on contractor cost levers • Represent Field Operations in customer-facing escalation conversations when appropriate • Own daily execution of the safety program across the supervisor team • Set tailboard and Job Hazard Analysis standards across team and ensure consistent use of safety tooling • Lead safety reviews following any incident and convert findings into updated practice • Enforce safety policies and best practices across the team's deployments
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field or construction operations and/or high-quantity device installations
- 3+ years managing field leads, foremen, or crew supervisors — not only individual contributors
- Direct experience with utilities, electrical infrastructure, or grid-adjacent hardware
- Experience managing hourly employee policies and timesheets
- Proven track record managing contracted field labor at scale, including performance management and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills — comfortable building SOPs and playbooks from the ground up
- Comfortable being the safety voice in the room and grounded in industry safety standards (OSHA, NESC, CA Construction standards a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently (30–50%) and work flexible hours as needed during peak install windows and new customer expansions
- Valid driver's license

• Manage the contracting and credentialing activities with commercial insurance companies and managed care plans and Medicaid agencies. • Oversee the complete process of provider enrollment, application, credentialing, through contract execution. • Ensure that all applications are submitted accurately and followed through aggressively. • Serve as the point of contact for contract negotiations. • Maintain persistent follow-up to expedite approvals and contract activations. • Work closely with Grants, Contracts, Development team, Chief Operating Officers, Program Manager, and Finance to review current plans. • Make initial contact with provider enrollment for each plan. • Prepare, submit and track all contracting paperwork, credentialing applications and recredentialing files for all providers and facilities. • Monitor credentialing timelines, proactively follow-up through the approval and contracting process. • Maintain an organized tracking system of credentialing statuses, contracting progress, rate agreements, and renewal deadlines. • Attend regular meetings to provide regular reports to leadership regarding credentialing/enrollment completions, contracting process and outstanding issues. • Develop effective working relationships with credentialing and contracting representatives. • Work with the Amity services faculty in Pima County to gather and verify specific information needed for applications in Arizona. • Work with the Amity Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports faculty to gather and verify specific information needed for applications in California. • Ensure that all draft contracts are sent to and reviewed by relevant Amity services, finance, legal, people operations, data and executive teams. • Ensure that all fully executed contracts are uploaded to the Amity contracts repository and are also sent to all relevant teams. • Stay up to date on Medicaid guidelines, commercial insurer requirements and industry best practices related to credentialing and contracting.
• Perform cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and packaging operations. • Responsible for safely and effectively harvesting, drying, and trimming. • In-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections. • Clean production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs. • Follow SOP’s for daily work documentation. • Carry out all operations efficiently while complying with all GMP’s, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s and required procedures.
• Conducting archaeological pedestrian surveys • Archaeological data collection (GPS, photographs, site forms, site sketch, artifact sketch) • Subsurface testing or artifact identification • Measuring and fully recording artifacts • Preparing high-quality field notes • Working as a team member, or independently, as the job may require • Other duties as requested
• Engage in aspects of environmental related projects including biological surveys, biological assessments, wetland delineations, and resource analysis. • Responsible for data collection, field surveys, agency coordination, environmental permitting, and technical report authorship. • Work will be performed independently as well as with a team of natural resource specialists and scientists. • The main locations are Brownsville, TX or Del Rio,TX. This position is seasonal. 12 months +
