Franchise Development Specialist II
Brightway Insurance
• Identify prospective franchise purchasers • Help drive our sales and grow the business within the Franchise Sales department • Initiate and execute outbound prospecting and communication strategies • Proactively makes outbound calls or sends emails to prospects • Cultivate positive relationships with current franchisees • Manage ongoing workload effectively and efficiently • Document activities and follow up in appropriate systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Expert in consultative selling and a proven track record of closing complex deals
- Superior understanding of the Brightway model
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy; exceptional attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with Salesforce and other CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Ability to cold call and B2B sales
- Understanding of Brightway systems.
