• Report to the Director, Workplace Health and Safety • Support the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and systems across the organization • Strengthen a positive safety culture • Coordinate health and safety initiatives • Help identify and address workplace hazards • Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on safe work practices, risk assessments, and travel safety • Contribute to training, onboarding, inspections, audits, and ongoing health and safety communications

• Responsible for the handling of all aspects of first and third party Property Damage claims stemming from accidents involving tractor-trailers • Responsible for the handling of all aspects of Cargo claims • Be adaptable to various business demands and willing to assist with special claims projects and other duties as assigned • Participate in regular claims reviews with both internal and external customers • Maintain current knowledge of insurance contracts and industry trends by proactively maintaining required adjuster license(s) • Provide technical expertise in response to inquiries from internal and external customers

• Connect individuals and business owners with essential legal protection membership services • Educate prospects on available membership benefits and protection options • Maintain ongoing communication and client relationships

• Build relationships with small business owners locally and nationwide • Share referral website and funding application information with prospective clients • Educate business owners on available alternative funding solutions • Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach • Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication • Promote funding opportunities to entrepreneurs and growing businesses • Option to build and mentor a referral team for additional earning potential
