Field Technician
Hypertec Group
• Perform hardware installation projects • Install, configure, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment • Perform onsite installation, calibration, and system verification activities • Read and apply technical documentation • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and issues • Coordinate and communicate with onsite personnel and teams • Maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders • Complete service documentation and administrative tasks • Ensure tools and resources are operational and maintained • Identify and report non-standard conditions and safety concerns • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Meet project schedules and commitments • Travel to customer and project sites as needed
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar position
- Ability and knowledge to use power and hand tools
- Proficient in using voltmeter and cable testers
- Professional written & oral English communication skills
- Availability and authorization to travel frequently within the state and/or out of the state
