Job Description

HR Coordinator

CorrectHealth

• Supports Human Resources and Corporate Administration by managing administrative and HR functions. • Credentialing & Compliance managing the credentialing process. • Work collaboratively with Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer in gathering employee records. • Assist with new hire onboarding, E-Verify; Offboarding, including separations notices. • Use of HRIS to maintain accurate employee records. • Support employee engagement and activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of progressive human resources and administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and prior experience with an HRIS.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) with all levels of leadership.
