Job Requirements

  • solid experience in patent litigation involving computer hardware and/or software
  • experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • USPTO registration number preferred
  • Eligible for bar admission by waiver or willing to sit for the state bar exam
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
