• Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews • Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests • Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews • Data analysis and management of In Force Data • Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms

• Primary owner for resolving any open issues related to a submitted application from the time the case is submitted to the point the case is issued • Review/input applications and transfer requests submitted by advisors • Confirm that applications have been submitted properly and are in good order prior to final submission to the carrier • Communicate with carriers and ceding institutions to monitor and expedite the application process • Maintain application records and statuses in Signal Advisors internal systems • Maintain a thorough understanding of the annuity industry including product knowledge, industry trends, compliance issues, etc. • Develop relationships with key administrative and office support staff to facilitate proper business flow between various business units as well as third party administrators • Continuously find ways to improve business processes and new business functions • Understand the application process and be able to walk the advisor through form completion or questions

- Upload new product collections to Shopify and marketplace platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. - Assist with product setup, including data entry, image uploads, image resizing, and maintaining brand presentation standards across all digital channels. - Add and manage product tags and attributes to support site navigation, search optimization, and merchandising initiatives. - Maintain accurate assortment information, including pricing updates, SKU changes, inventory status updates, and the archiving of discontinued products. - Support merchandising and assortment projects as needed, ensuring product information remains current and organized. - Research emerging brands, trends, and market opportunities, and present findings and new collection recommendations to the Buying & Merchandising team. - Assist with reporting, assortment analysis, and other ad hoc projects to support the department's goals.

• Identify and research potential foundations for PowerLines to engage with, including a focus on foundations outside of the energy space • Develop and maintain relationships with potential foundations, donors, and funders for PowerLines • Advise PowerLines on development of fundraising strategy, with a focus on foundations and high-net worth individuals • Advise on execution of development events for donors and foundations • Conduct research and support in drafting of letters of inquiry, concept notes, funder memos, and grant proposals • Maintain donor records and files and ensure databases are updated • Provide additional support to PowerLines’ fundraising efforts as needed
