Data Team Supervisor

• Provide leadership and oversight in the full lifecycle of data warehouse projects, from planning and design to implementation and support. • Supervise a team of Data Warehouse Analysts and Database Administrators, ensuring that workloads are appropriately balanced and deadlines are met. • Establish and maintain auditing processes to ensure data accuracy and quality across all data warehouses. • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions for data reporting and analytics. • Develop, create, and modify query-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organization. • Stay current with advancements in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) technologies, and analytics to bring innovative solutions to the team. • Be available for on-call support as assigned by the manager, providing prompt assistance to resolve data reporting and database-related issues. • Provide technical advice, assistance, and training to users, helping them understand and utilize data reporting tools effectively. • Document and maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for the data warehouse team. • Ensure that best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval are followed across all data warehouse projects. • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the department’s and organization’s goals.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) technologies, including Power BI and SQL querying.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain complex dashboards, reports, and alerts, as well as to create requirement specifications, technical designs, and user training documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and provide clear instructions to team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a history of managing teams and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure to resolve issues and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to requests for assistance and providing support that aligns with user needs.
- A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and new technologies related to data analytics and BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in a data-focused technology role, with heavy exposure to SQL server databases and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role required.

(Independent, chain, etc.) • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager. • Participate in new store openings and store reset support. • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly. • Conduct demos upon request. • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly /monthly planning. • Communication as needed with territory sales manager/district manager/regional manager. • Make 15-20 account calls per day. • Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app. • Submit weekly work logs including mileage. • Other records or documentation as assigned.
