• Conduct virtual psychological assessments for entry-level and lateral Federal Wildlife Officer candidates. • Administer, interpret, and review standardized psychological tests and interviews. • Evaluate candidates for clinical psychopathology, emotional regulation, judgment, stress tolerance, substance abuse tendencies, and other behavioral risk indicators. • Identify qualified candidates likely to succeed in high-demand law enforcement environments. • Provide written individual psychological evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS within specified deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD).
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of practice.
  • Experience conducting law enforcement psychological evaluations is preferred.
