• Analyse und Optimierung operativer Prozesse im Ersatzteilbereich zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Compliance • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Vertriebszielen sowie Planung und Durchführung marktstrategischer Verkaufsaktivitäten • Monitoring und Auswertung von Vertriebskennzahlen inklusive Ableitung von Wachstums- und Optimierungspotenzialen • Durchführung von Markt- und Datenanalysen sowie aktives Arbeiten mit CRM-Systemen zur Lead- und Kundensteuerung • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch Besuche, Betreuung von Key Accounts und kontinuierliches Feedbackmanagement • Unterstützung von Marketing- und Vertriebsinitiativen inklusive Kampagnensteuerung, Angebotspräsentation und Vertragsverhandlungen
Job Requirements
- Begeisterung für digitale Prozesse und moderne Technologien
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
- Reisebereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerbetrieben
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder in der Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche, im Teilehandel oder im Werkstattumfeld, z. B. als Serviceberater, Mitarbeiter im Teiledienst, Werkstattleiter, Servicetechniker, Mechatroniker oder Karosseriebauer (m/w/d)
