Creative Freelancer – Static & Video Ads
ReachLab GmbH
• Create static and video creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ads. • Produce static creatives through to final, ad-ready assets. • Edit and cut video footage, including subtitles and sound design. • Execute briefs and develop original creative concepts. • Create multiple variations for A/B testing. • Use AI tools for creative production.
Job Requirements
- Strong affinity for and enthusiasm for social media ads, especially on Meta and TikTok.
- Proficient with Canva and Photoshop for creating static creatives.
- Experience in video editing with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience with or willingness to use AI tools for creative production.
- Familiarity with current trends, sounds, formats, and hooks on Instagram and TikTok.
- Sense for performance metrics such as hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and CTR.
- Ideally experience with product photos and videos for e-commerce brands.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Registered business for invoicing.
