Office Assistant – Reserved for Candidates with Disabilities

• Assist and support administrative activities within the department to ensure the area’s bureaucratic processes run smoothly; • Interact with other departments and company employees to optimize the overall workflow of the department; • Organize and maintain departmental files, ensuring order and agility in handling documentation; • Prepare and issue reports related to matters pertinent to the area, according to specific needs; • Assist the Account Manager with extracting inventory reports and monitor the progress of customer orders.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- University degree preferred;
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Required medical report certifying disability for compliance with the Brazilian quota law (Lei de Cotas).
