Customer Solutions Specialist
Brighter Logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via email, phone, and chat • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services • Assist clients with setting up new accounts, providing quotes, and managing their shipments • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues • Continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and services, and provide feedback to the team • Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client information in our database
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with customer service software
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry a plus
