Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- 2+ years of related experience
- 8570 IAT Level II required
- Secret Security Clearance required

• The SDET, Backend will ensure that API components of the backend work according to customer needs • Specific duties include: follow agile methodologies and participate in scrum meetings and software quality audits for all the phases of SDLC • Responsible for test creation, testing a large module or a large component and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area • Perform business requirement analysis by thoroughly understanding Project Design Document and Business Requirement Document • Develop scalable and robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python, Pytest, BDD frameworks, and PyCharm • Execute integration, regression, and performance testing using industry standard tools • Research new or better alternate automated testing tools • Extensively use TestRail Test Management tool or equivalent to maintain the test suites, manage the automation test results and analyze the test failures • Work independently and collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and lead detailed software quality discussions • Demonstrate clarity of thought designing end to end test scenarios to work through limited information and vague problem definitions • Mentor other quality engineers • Other duties as assigned.
