• Develop and maintain automated tests across API, data, middleware, and application layers. • Collaborate with software developers, analysts, and functional testers to design and execute end-to-end testing solutions. • Design and execute test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements defined in user stories. • Perform data validation activities using SQL and other data analysis tools. • Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks for middleware, API, and data-layer testing. • Plan and execute regression testing activities aligned with release and change management processes. • Provide testing estimates and ensure testing activities meet project schedules and delivery milestones. • Troubleshoot software issues and support root cause analysis efforts in collaboration with delivery teams and business stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of enterprise testing strategies and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, automation coverage, and quality outcomes. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• The SDET, Backend will ensure that API components of the backend work according to customer needs • Specific duties include: follow agile methodologies and participate in scrum meetings and software quality audits for all the phases of SDLC • Responsible for test creation, testing a large module or a large component and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area • Perform business requirement analysis by thoroughly understanding Project Design Document and Business Requirement Document • Develop scalable and robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python, Pytest, BDD frameworks, and PyCharm • Execute integration, regression, and performance testing using industry standard tools • Research new or better alternate automated testing tools • Extensively use TestRail Test Management tool or equivalent to maintain the test suites, manage the automation test results and analyze the test failures • Work independently and collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and lead detailed software quality discussions • Demonstrate clarity of thought designing end to end test scenarios to work through limited information and vague problem definitions • Mentor other quality engineers • Other duties as assigned.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK • Implement automated deployment and testing workflows • Configure monitoring, logging, and observability platforms • Automate operational tasks and reduce manual processes • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Implement containerized solutions using Amazon ECS and EKS • Establish DevOps governance and engineering best practices • Advise teams on GitOps, source control, and release management strategies

• Design, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications • Develop and expand automated test coverage across browser, mobile, and backend systems • Improve testing reliability within CI/CD pipelines to increase release confidence and product stability • Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve automation issues efficiently • Reduce flaky tests and continuously improve the stability and reliability of automated test suites • Define test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders • Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle • Review automation code, promote testing best practices, and help improve overall software testability • Support quality initiatives across multiple product teams and contribute to automation standards and engineering excellence • Help drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tooling, and quality practices across the organization
