Soil Health Specialist

Holganix

• Host weekly grower meetings during spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings per season). • Drive meeting attendance through outreach, referrals, and strategic territory planning. • Present soil health concepts in a peer-based, trust-first manner to groups of 5–20 growers. • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Agronomists to deliver a best-in-class field experience. • Serve as the main point of contact for grower engagement and onboarding. • Maintain CRM data integrity and provide timely follow-ups on grower commitments. • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to drive pod success. • Continually develop agronomic and sales communication skills via Thrive Hive enablement programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with small and large groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Experience working directly with farmers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Willingness and capacity to travel regionally.
  • Passion for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; soil health knowledge preferred but trainable.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
