• Research & creator research (main part of your work) • Research interesting creators and authors on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn • Analyze profiles, topics, communities, and digital trends • Support preparation of new contacts and conversations • Contribute ideas on creator and startup topics • Prepare messages, cover letters, and meeting materials • Assist with organizing and documenting conversations • Help build new contacts and networks • Support presentations and strategic topics • Direct collaboration with company leadership • Insights into building a new startup and brand • Work on real projects instead of typical intern tasks

• Social media management (focus on LinkedIn) • Support in managing internal and external LinkedIn channels (Instagram as a complement) • Planning, preparing and publishing content • Writing audience-oriented, text-based LinkedIn posts • Storytelling, tone of voice and structure tailored to each brand • Developing content ideas, series and campaigns • Creating and editing Reels in Canva • Designing graphics and visual content with Canva • Researching trends and formats • Insights into related areas such as brand design, web design and positioning

• You drive all our social media channels forward together with our Head of Communications and the executive team. • You support engagement and commenting with other AI industry experts on LinkedIn. • You moderate and foster substantive exchanges on specialist topics across our social media channels. • Performance monitoring, crisis management when necessary, moderation of negative posts, and the continuous improvement of member satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities.
