Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of CRM systems and remote communication tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace at home
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

- Previous experience in a remote customer care role is preferred
