• Decide on the implementation strategy for features across the ecosystem products, designing and evolving robust architectures and supporting the team in structural improvements • Implement high-quality solutions (Node.js/React.js), promoting development best practices (code review, pair programming) with a focus on simplicity, high performance, and reduced vulnerabilities • Identify technical risks and simplify the design of complex solutions, planning the migration from Lambdas to APIs, evolving front-end architecture, and ensuring scalable and efficient use of infrastructure resources • Actively advance monitoring and observability strategies for critical journeys, taking ownership of troubleshooting and consolidating structured post-mortems to prevent recurring failures • Translate complex technical scenarios for different audiences (product and engineering), fostering the team's technical growth through constructive feedback and the dissemination of engineering standards
Job Requirements
- Advanced experience with Node.js
- Strong experience with React.js using TypeScript
- Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs
- Experience with modular monolith architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of design systems, global application state, and/or micro-frontends
- Practical mastery of architecture and design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Clean Code)
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and advanced version control with Git/GitHub
- Experience with NoSQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of AWS Lambda
- A critical mindset regarding performance and security
- Experience working in agile teams
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Hands-on experience with production performance monitoring tools
