Technical Trainer
DeepHealth
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs for both external customers and internal technical staff. • Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers. • Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate audiences ranging from novice end users to experienced IT administrators. • Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations. • Design and produce self-paced training courses for electronic delivery using authoring tools. • Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs and assessments. • Publish and maintain courses within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). • Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team (SORT) to identify training needs for new product releases. • Develop and deliver timely internal technical enablement sessions. • Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related role within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Database experience, MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver instructor-led technical training to diverse audiences, including system administrators and IT professionals.
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course publishing, enrollment management, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
- Familiarity with medical software, specifically RIS or PACS.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction or product launch training programs.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies.
- Background in software system administration (networking, user management, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications).
- Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a relevant technical domain (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, GCP or AWS fundamentals).
