• Develops new loan volume via the SBA and USDA B&I Loan Programs. • Requires continuous marketing efforts to establish contacts and leads to generate a strong referral network. • Establishes effective work processes with external/internal partners to identify new SBA prospects, convert prospects to applications, and manage loans through the credit and closing processes. • Reads and understands the SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Develops a successful business plan. • Works independently without daily supervision. • Develops marketing strategies using all available tools and resources to identify markets to penetrate new business. • Builds a contact base of at least 1,000 current and potential referral sources. • Reviews the entire loan process from application to closing, sets and manages expectations. • Develops and nurtures effective working relationships with internal partners. • Provides a complete and well-thought-out package to credit. • Ability to source over $2,500,000 per month in new loan application volume. • Implements excellent time management. • Keeps borrowers/business partners and referral sources well informed and sets/maintains the proper expectations. • Works in conjunction with conventional bankers for referrals and supports their customers’ needs. • Analyzes business and personal tax returns, financial statements, and financial data required for loan applications. • Ability to identify closing issues that may negatively impact a loan request. • Assists in closing and in the collection of needed documentation.

• Achieving growth and profit objectives by appropriate risk selection, book management, business development and agency management. • Underwriting – Select and price risks for profit and growth. • Demonstrate understanding of risk exposure, classifications and price for exposure. • Maintain department service standards and respond to producer needs. • Develops and manages New Business pipeline to ensure a steady stream of business opportunities. • Responsible for identifying and evaluating new agency prospects and developing new agencies. • Serves as a resource to our agents, conducting underwriting, sales, product and process training. • Responsible for agency travel to increase producer awareness of Enterprise underwriting appetites.

• Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems • Installs and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration • Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Performs a variety of complicated tasks • May lead and direct the work of others • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
