Multilingual Customer Advisor
Workster
• Respond to customer requests by phone, email or chat • Manage questions, complaints and requests for information • Ensure the monitoring and updating of customer files • Offer suitable solutions and build customer loyalty • Respect internal procedures and quality objectives • Forward complex requests to the relevant departments
Job Requirements
- Level C1 or native in German OR Italian OR Polish OR French OR Dutch (Mandatory)
- Level intermediate in English B2 minimum (Required)
- Availability to work according to a rotating schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days off, flexible hours sometimes including Saturday and Sunday (Mandatory)
- Reside in Portugal and willing to work remotely
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Commitment to 6 months minimum (Mandatory)
- Passport/ID card from a European Union country or specific work permit for the country of work (Mandatory)
- Comfortable with computers (Appreciated)
- Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, support or customer contact (Appreciated)
