Production Superintendent

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. • Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demands. • Monitor production metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. • Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance. • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations. • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards and regulations
- Proven track record of driving results and meeting production targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production software.

• Speaking with clients over the phone/email to discuss their requirements and skill set. • Preparing follow-up questions to gain a strong understanding of client backgrounds and career goals. • Leveraging information gathered to write high-quality resumes, cover letters, and/or LinkedIn profiles that meet strict writing standards. • Capacity to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience is critically important. • All other duties assigned.
