XLEVEL In-Home Fitness + Health
• Elaboração de relatórios, apresentações, controles e documentos • Cadastro de clientes e fornecedores no sistema • Realização de Cobrança • Emissão de faturas, boletos e notas fiscais • Realizar abertura de requisições e pedidos de compras e de contratos • Solicitações e controle de pagamento, analisando o boletim de medição, bem como os valores constantes na nota fiscal/fatura apresentados pelo fornecedor • Auxiliar na fiscalização da efetiva execução dos contratos e seus cumprimentos, bem como os seus prazos, aditivos e renovação • Acompanhamento e gestão dos cartões de combustíveis da companhia e do contrato de frotas (veículos) da companhia • Acompanhamento e cobrança de mensalidades • Gerar folha de pagamento • Interação com as demais áreas da empresa
Job Requirements
- Cursando Graduação em Administração ou Contabilidade, a partir do 4º período
- Pacote Office Avançado
- Inglês intermediário
