• Build and optimize backend features and systems for our Meetings platform, with a focus on AI-powered voice transcription and real-time collaboration. • Own projects end-to-end, from initial design through production deployment. • Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver innovative meeting experiences. • Identify and implement improvements to our audio processing and transcription pipelines. • Contribute to a world-class, inclusive, and fun engineering culture.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services capable of handling high traffic • Manage database design, optimization, and maintenance • Monitor system performance, debug issues, and continuously improve backend architecture • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams.

• Architect and deliver end-to-end data center solutions — compute, storage, networking — optimized for AI/ML and high-performance workloads. • Design, deploy, and support NVIDIA DGX, HGX, or GPU-based systems within customer environments. • Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX) and hyperconverged infrastructure. • Build and administer containerized platforms using Kubernetes (RKE, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE). • Integrate and automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or Python. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — networking, DevOps, storage, and application owners — to ensure smooth project delivery. • Perform infrastructure assessments, capacity planning, and high-availability design for production environments. • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across compute, network, and storage layers. • Provide technical leadership and documentation for customer deployments and internal delivery teams.

• Lead a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Research, design and develop repeatable solutions to support applicable customer architecture needs • Be an escalation point for Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Work with internal management and strategy teams on development and delivery of relevant solution bundles • Engage applicable manufacturers and their engineering resources for design assistance and lab access • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive ePlus sales of applicable technology • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Maintain Major vendor certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Ciena/Nokia) • Work on achieving additional relevant certifications that would benefit the Architect role • Work with the Services Director and the National Practice Leads to develop standardized assessment, delivery and testing documentation to be used by ePlus nationally, for delivery of repeatable services • Serve the customer and account needs to ePlus standards • Perform additional relevant tasks, as required • Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
